Crochemie offers handmade craft creations for sale, including crochet creations.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed through the Crochemie website.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible on the website.
As Crochemie creations are made entirely or partly by hand, slight differences may exist between individual creations, particularly in terms of shape, color, or certain details.
Such differences resulting from the handmade nature of the products do not constitute a defect when the product remains consistent with its description.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in color may occur depending on the settings of the screen used by the customer.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros and correspond to the prices shown on the website at the time the order is placed.
Delivery charges are shown to the customer before the final confirmation of the order.
Crochemie operates under the French micro-enterprise tax regime and, where applicable, uses the following statement:
“VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.”
Article 4 – Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
Before confirming the order, the customer may review and modify the information entered.
Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The order becomes final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
The customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order.
The order confirmation button must clearly indicate that placing the order involves an obligation to pay.
Article 5 – Payment
Orders may be paid for by:

- PayPal.
Payment is made when the order is confirmed.
Order preparation begins once payment has been confirmed.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay or any other delivery method offered on the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before the final confirmation of the order.
The delivery time stated on the website is 2 to 3 days, subject to the conditions and delivery times of the carrier.
Crochemie undertakes to comply with the delivery period indicated at the time of purchase.
In the event of a significant delay or delivery problem, the customer may contact Crochemie at:
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon receipt, the customer is advised to make the necessary reservations or observations with the carrier and to contact Crochemie promptly.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable regulations governing distance sales, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must inform Crochemie of their decision before the expiry of this period by email at:
The product must then be returned within a maximum period of 14 days following notification of the withdrawal decision.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations or unless Crochemie agrees to cover these costs.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The refund includes, in particular, the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered at the time of the order.
Article 8 – Personalized Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This exception may apply, in particular, to a creation made specifically at the customer's request with particular characteristics that differ from the standard models offered on the website.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
Products sold by Crochemie benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, including:
- the legal guarantee of conformity;
- the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code.
